Westar Associates Begins Development and Leasing for Sendero Marketplace

RANCHO MISSION VIEJO, CA -- Westar Associates has begun development and leasing of Sendero Marketplace, a new 11.5-acre neighborhood retail center in Rancho Mission Viejo, a planned community in California.

The 98,000-square-foot Sendero Marketplace will be comprised of dozens of restaurants and retailers when it opens in 2016. Rite-Aid is the first tenant to sign a lease with Sendero. Sendero Marketplace is part of Rancho Mission Viejo’s first village called Sendero, now nearing the build-out of its 941 attached and detached homes within 11 distinctive neighborhoods and 286-unit Sendero Gateway apartment neighborhood.
